Gameplay mechanics in Puzzle Rail Rush are very easy to understand and to master. In each level you are presented with a new board that consists of start and finish points, and in between, there is lots of train track which is tangled in a way that makes it impossible for the train to pass.
Certain portions can be rotated or moved so that you can redesign the track and make it traversable by the little train. Some levels have only a few pieces to work with while others consist of a very large number. It all varies according to the level and no two ones look the same.
