Hence, some gangs have gotten so big they are basically unstoppable at the moment, such as the Yakuza in Japan. However, others are just starting out, so cops have a hard time trying to stop them from spreading violence and acquiring more members.

Kill thugs and survive an all-out assault

Cop vs Gangsters is a first-person shooter in which your only goal is to shoot gangsters and avoid dying yourself. The game is designed for casual gamers who just want to shoot something and not have to worry about realism, high score or anything else, so everything about it is as basic as possible. On the other hand, simplicity can be beautiful as well, just not in this case.
Hence, you start with a pistol and a simple goal: Kill thirty gangsters without dying along the way. Your guns have a limited amount of bullets and you do not need to reload, so the only thing you have to worry about is not wasting all of them too quickly. On the other hand, ammunition crates spawn on a regular basis throughout the map, which helps you stay alive for as long as it takes.

Upgrade your weapon and visit other places

Once you manage to hit the kill count, the game automatically takes you to the next level, which is basically the same thing, except in a different setting and with a new weapon. Whether it’s a shotgun or an AK-47, the game is too simple for such things to make a difference. In fact, the shooting mechanics are laughable, at least if you compare it to anything from the last fifteen years.
On the other hand, this simplicity can be hurtful as well, because there are many inconveniences to ruin your fun. One of them is the fact that the enemies spawn randomly around the map, even on top of you. Moreover, they just walk toward you like idiots, only occasionally shooting their weapons. Hence, the only fun part is seeing how the new weapons look, because the gameplay is awful in every regard.

A stepping stone for your FPS passion

In the end, Cop vs Gangsters is not an accurate representation of how shooters are actually like, so it’s difficult to recommend it as a starting point for beginners. However, truly casual players might find some joy in it, at least for a few short minutes.
