In fact, it’s pretty much impossible to get past level three or four if you do not manage to store the recipes in your memory.
You also have to keep an eye on the ingredients, because you can run out by using too much of them. In order to replenish them you have to order more, and it costs money. Since the goal is to reach a certain amount of cash by closing time, it’s not wise to waste ingredients. However, there’s no way to cancel once you start placing ingredients on the roller, so you better pay attention to every click you make.
