MyMahj

MyMahj is a puzzle game that tries a new take on the classic Chinese Mahjong. The purpose of the game remains the same, MyMahj doesn’t reinvent the rules, it just offers a new way of interacting with the board and solving it.

Mahjong with a 3D spin

The main feature in MyMahj is that you are able to view the board in a 3D perspective. You can’t rotate it any which way you want but as you move your mouse cursor over the pieces, the viewing angle is adjusted and it is a nice effect.
To complete a game of MyMahj you have to remove all the pieces on the board by clicking two identical ones. You do however need to keep a good eye out on the board as you can’t click and pair any pieces you see, they have to be fully visible and free on either the left or right sides.

A variety of game layouts

When you first launch MyMahj you are greeted with the default pyramid layout for the pieces. The game however provides additional arrangements for the them such as ‘Arena’, ‘Bigzero’, ‘Canyon’, ‘Chateau’, ‘Cross’, ‘Loup’, ‘Pieuvre’, ‘Soleil’ and others.
Apart from multiple layouts, you have the possibility to change the tileset graphics between numbers and the traditional sings. You can also change the background photo as well as have the game stream a different song while you are playing.

A good alternative to the classic Mahjong

Mahjong is truly a relaxing game which can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere and MyMahj is able to add a few enhancements to it. So, if you’re looking for a more interesting version of the classic game, then you can certainly give this one a try.
