Description

Chess Commander includes legal move display, realistic voices, orchestral soundtrack, and board annotation. It supports multiple computer opponents, network chess, and e-mail chess. You can also improve your game by studying thousands of matches played by grandmasters, or create your own game databases for future reference. Chess Commander provides access to the online service Chess Planet--search for opponents by skill level and play with them live online, with built-in instant messaging. Version 1.24 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

The trial version has the following limitations: 1 board, 1 voice, 10-move limit in network games, 20-day limit in email games, Chess Planet expires after 20 days, only 1 AI Engine which expires after 20 days, no music, and the trial version is not customizable.
