Project Spikes

Project Spikes has planned to offer lots of different worlds that will come with several physics-based puzzles. As you step through the the first world's portal, you will soon get acquainted with the Force Gun, a small weapon that allows you to pick up crates and other objects, and fire them across the room.
Using the Force Gun you will be able to make your way through the twisted corridors and overcome various obstacles by manipulating physics-enabled objects to open new areas or activate lifts.
Another weapon that will come in handy during your puzzle solving adventure is the Laser Gun. Using the Laser Gun will give you the possibility to destroy obstacles in your path by cutting your way through them. Moreover, you can also use the Laser Gun to activate laser collecting triggers that can open certain doors or make floors appear.
The Gravity Gun on the other hand, is designed to do exactly what its name implies: shift the direction of gravity. Keep in mind that the effects of this gun only applies to all the objects in the room that will start to fall in the chosen direction.

Test your platforming skills

Besides having to solve various puzzles to reach the portal in each level, you will also have to overcome all sorts of dangers that will put your platforming skills to the test. Moving platforms, spiked cubes, or deadly spiky balls will constantly put your life in danger.
Although the game is in its early development stages, you can still play enough levels to make an opinion on what's to come, even though you will come across a few bugs. In terms of graphic design, Project Spikes doesn't shine at all, but if you can get pass that and concentrate on puzzle solving and platforming experience, the game manages to offer its share of fun.
