Are you the kind of person who’s not really fond of cats? Do you want to see just how many lives a cat has? If the answer to both those questions is yes, then you can try out Kitten Cannon, a game in which you have to shoot a cat out of a large cannon and hope it has a very rough landing.

Simple and definitely not cruel gameplay

Shooting a cat out of a cannon is not OK, and it’s totally messy, but in Kitten Cannon the feline is digital, and the pain does not exist. The gameplay to this one is as simple as can be and you’ve certainly seen it before in a long list of other games.
You have a canon that you can aim using the up and down keys, and a meter that indicates the power of the cannon. The meter sways back and forward, and you have to hit the Space key to fire the cannon whenever you feel that the weapon is at the precise level of power you need it to be.

Not one for the animal lovers in general, but it’s kind of fun

Just shooting the cat out of the cannon isn’t all that fun if you give it some thought. So, to make it more interesting, along the cat’s trajectory there are dynamite barrels, trampolines, sharp spikes, carnivorous plants and balloon tied bombs that float around.
If the cat hits any of those, things get fun. The goal of the game is to make the cat travel as far as possible, and the dynamite and trampolines certainly help. Landing on the TNT, the kitten gets blown up into the sky, and if you’re lucky, it will land on another pile and so on.
