The goal is to bandage wounded germans to prevent reinforcements while trying to outperform german medics to gain more soldiers faster.
If you want to go out during a charge, remember to crawl while under
heavy fire. If you dont feel adventurous, duck in your trench during charges to avoid gunfire.
