In ParadoxBob you play as, well Bob, who is a curious little man that can’t help but go through a strange portal that appears near him. Shortly after entering the portal, the Bob you initially knew is replaced with a different Bob, one from an alternate timeline, and he looks completely different.
Time travel seems to be illegal because immediately after you change places, the Time Police is out to get you. Without any time to explain, you pick up your weapon and fight because the drones set out to get you will shoot first and ask questions later. The nice twist to ParadoxBob is that every time you enter the portal Bob is replaced with a different version of himself who is equipped with an entirely different weapon.
Everything is random so you never know which Bob you get and there is a large number of them to discover along the way. You can stumble onto RoboBob, a pirate version of himself or even a slick gunslinger from the Wild West. Bob has a lot of personas and they’re really fun to play with and the portal never disappears from the arena, it just moves to a different spot.

A game that gets you addicted before you can say Bob

Once the police start to come, they keep coming with tougher and tougher reinforcements. Regardless of the Bob you control, any one single and simple hit from the enemy will kill you, so there’s really no room for error.
You have to move fast and carefully, shoot at exactly the right time and use your weapons wisely. Each weapon is unique and has a different way of firing. A ninja star has no recoil but a pirate’s revolver or a high calibre gatling gun will push you back quite a few feet. ParadoxBob really uses gun physics and mechanics to their absolute best and really spice up the game with an extra dose of difficulty and fun.

Bob may change but the enjoyment remains at the same high value
