If you reach a certain speed and come across an uphill jump point, your bike will jump up into the air, this time you need to position your mouse to the left side or right side of the screen to control the tilt of your bike, if you land with the bike parallel to the ground, then there will be the least lost in speed and you can run faster. Note that when you land on the ground, the ground may not be horizontal and may be going up or going down, so you need to tilt the head of the bike up or down in order to be parallel to the ground when you land. The faster you can finish the race, the higher your score will be.
